Please read these Refund policies carefully before using the Subscription package on the https://aakri.in website or mobile applications which are operated and managed by Aakri Impact Pvt Ltd.
Refund Policy
The customer is permitted to claim a refund from Aakri for:
1. False Service
2. Incomplete job
3. Misbehaviour from the service provider
Customers can send a mail to help@aakri.in within 5 days from the day of job delivery with the subject line “Job Reference #-Complaint Category”. Aakri team will register the complaint and share the complaint number within 24 hours via mail/ text message. The customer will receive the final status of the claim within 7 working days via mail. If the refund request is approved by Aakri grievance redressal officer, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet within 48 hours (excluding holidays). Aakri reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request; the refund claim will be processed by gathering information about job delivery from the service provider. The status of the claim will be shared along with the reason for approval/decline with the customer via registered e-mail id
